Not worth going to. The girl kept getting everyone's order wrong. No one had cleaned up any of the tables, so customers were cleaning. it took forever for the food to come out, and when it did the girl forgot a meal and gave us the wrong drinks. And no one came by the table to see if we needed anything or refills. So sad to see a good place do so poorly. Will drive to killeen where I know I will get better service and a clean place to eat.

I had never been to McAlisters before. So when the newest location in Copperas Cove open up, my wife decided to take me there. As soon as we walked through the door we immediately felt the inviting atmosphere. I liked the service so much i put in an application and got hired soon after. Come and see for yourself just what i mean.
Great so far.
Potato soup was sour. Salad greens looked old. Shame for a new restaurant to serve bad food
