Great staff. Great food
Husband and I ordered one appetizer and 2 entrees. The appetizer took over 30 minutes to get to the table and it was cold. 2 minutes after starting on our appetizer, our entrees came out. I don't know if it was our waitress' fault or the kitchen's. Mind you, there were a total of 10 people in the place, no excuse. Had to wait a long while more before we got our check and were handed this handheld thing to pay with.. Didn't work. Waitress finally just took the card and did it the old fashioned way. Total disappointing experience and will never come back. No wonder these places are closing
Friendly staff, good cooks and always clean. Never had a bad meal here. We were so happy this place opened many years ago and we are still happy to visit this location
The staff is friendly. Team Thomas and Michelle all the way, sometimes the quality of the food is not the best, but I can't blame them, a bust restaurant doesn't always have time to make everything perfect. Only real downside about this restaurant is that they don't have Thomas' God Wings (mozerella Parmesan boneless wings) on the menu, which is okay, because you can just ask for them.
Staff seemed to be confused when it came to remembering orders. One had to be asked if she was going to bother writing any of the order down -- and as expected she forgot the order and had to take it down again. Repeatedly made excuses but the mistakes made had nothing to do with being understaffed, just poor attention to detail and lack of concern for the customer. Food was so so.
If you like your card scanned be my guest. Two years ago I took a brand new credit card into the Copperas Cove location and paid with a credit card. This was the only purchase ever made with the new credit card. Two days later we got hit with a $1600 charge. We never went back until friends took me over to have lunch. The next day we had an $1800 charge. Beware.
