Hot Wok is the only food service that delivers to kempner which is awesome for one. Their creamcheese crab puffs are divine. Wings are good too.
Absolutely the worst. Don’t waste your time or money. We received the wrong order, half the kids wouldn’t eat it. I called and was told they could send the driver back to pick it up n give it it the right people who ordered it. I told her it that’s not ok, it was cold when it was delivered and it was delivered 15 minuets ago. Asked where our order was and was told they will pick it up from the other people who’s order we got. I’m like absolutely not!!! That’s disgusting. She said well what do you want from me? I told her my original order would of been nice, but forget it n just put the money back on my card. She said they don’t do refunds so they will send out my order in about 30 minuets.
Every time I'm in the area I love coming here. Their combos are great, the food is good, and so long as you're not selfishly rude like some of the people's comments on here they're absolutely awesome to you.

I really like this place but I will say this don't get delivery!!! I ordered for the first time online and well it's been over three hours and the food is not here yet. I've called twice and was told the food is on it's way. If I went in like we normally do I would have eaten two hours ago. But when you do go in they are usually very nice and the food comes out quick
After reading the reviews on here, I’m not gonna hold my breath on getting any dinner tonight from them! Definitely completely disappointed n a total waist of money.
