I love chick-fil-a, but this location is lacking the renowned Chick-fil-a customer service. I went in through the drive thru, only one car in the other lane. I pull up, and about 30 seconds later someone finally spoke over the intercom. I gave my order, then they just stopped talking. Another 30-45 sec and the other car was done ordering and still no one talking back to me. Finally the cashier asks what else and i ask if he got what i just said and all i get is "'no what do you want". Finally get my order in, they ask for a name. I say Isabella, they pause, "Elizabeth?". ???? THEN, at the window they say my total is $8.21. i give them EXACT cash and change. I see the cashier open the draw, look at the money. Bring another cashier over who pulls out her phone and calculator? They count more out, then she hands me $.95 back???? Not sure what was going on but this location isn't amazing like the others.
Love love Chick-fil-A. Better chicken meals. Always clean and friendly environment for our family.
Clean store, fast friendly service, great play area for my granddaughters which I never knew they had!
The food is normally good but I asked what the mystery calendar card offer was & the lady said I don't know. She didn't even try to find out. Two other times they have messed up on my sons nuggets; one time they gave us too few and another time they have given us chicken strips. I am giving them a 4 though because typically they have the line slowly moving & the food is cooked right.
Great service, she helped me out on what meal of the month was. The good was great, I'd go back for it. The atmosphere was refreshing. The outside was clean. And the inside was clean and smelled good. They are for sure doing an amazing job. Highly recommend it
