Zero, I mean zero stars should be given to this place. I don't know where to start and I was the home owner:
They are the most rude and non-customer friendly people I have ever met.
I wish 0 stars were optional. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE IF YOU ARE IN THE MILITARY. Mr. Herrings (the owner) did not accept my 30 day notice because my ETS (end of military service) orders were "questionable." I ended up giving him the contact information to the people who made the orders, my move out date was then moved back & I am expected to pay $1000 for a house I will not be in for 1 complete month (the last month of the contract) because they do not prorate for move-outs. Not only is this disheartening but I had to deal with TERRIBLE customer service. The employees talk to you in such an unprofessional manner here. It's so hard for me to get a call back, I always end up calling back multiple times. This was my first and last renting experience, I'm disgusted.
There are so many other companies out there that will treat you with respect and dignity. Please, take your business elsewhere because you will be totally upset in the long run.
The owner actually asked me why I was terminating his services... I was blown away that he really needed to hear it from me.
These people are so rude! I've never been late on rent, EVER! The one time we were TWO days late was because we were dropping our orders and give rent at the same time. They close way before we get off work so I dropped out rent in the drop box! Three days later we get a EVICTION notice to be out in THREE days! By law, it's THIRTY days! I take off work to go up there to figure out what the deal is and hand them our orders in person. We didn't want our orders in the drop box with my husband important information on it! When I got there the owner, Robert approached me and said " yes, my name is Robert, uh, what do you want?" I'm sorry, but that is no way to talk to anyone! My husbands orders were cut on the first! I told them we would be out within two weeks. They want us to pay ALL of this months rent (no problem), next month rent, and keep ALL my utilities on going into the next month! I'm sorry, not happening! If I'm not there, why would I need to supply them my utilities?! He said the reason for us playing Julys rent was because it's thirty days to the date, that our our orders were dropped off, and it won't be pro-rated for the month of July. By a few days , they want ALL of Julys rent! All they want is your money and they don't care how they get it. Don't ever expect to get your deposit back! They will find away to keep it.
They never conducted 1 inspection of the property like I was told they would have. (No quarterly, bi-annual, or even annual)
They didn't make the tenants change the water and sewage into their name upon move in. After me calling 4 months, yes 4 months, later they tried to fix it.
Place is terrible. The condition of multiple houses that I checked out were nothing short of appalling Between a pool that was beyond green, to holes in walls and doors, and broken down fences. I have no idea how this place even has the audacity to list these properties. I would give zero stars if I could.
They didn't show my tenants where the AC filter was and how often it needed to be changed.
My wife and I rented a 3 bedroom home in coppers cove with Jr and they have been amazing. No problems what so ever, maintenance was always quick, always nice and welcoming at the office
They seem to have so many issues when it comes to releasing your rent check on time.
