Friendly employees however, the man outside tried guilting us into adopting even though we didn't find an animal we liked or even bonded with. Bonds are organic and can't be forced. Also, the area where the dogs are kept is a little weird. Great setup for the dogs but hard to actually view them if they are laying in the inside part of the building, which you're not allowed into. So you can only see them if they decide to come out. (I know this sounds confusing but if you were to see the area, you'd know what I'm talking about)

Apparently, I was told that animal control has taken away my ducks and geese, which I understand. What I don't understand it that we are only allowed to have 6 chickens, so we have to give 5 away. It is considered "livestock" and we should not keep 11. Well, you see, we think our chickens are pets, and who said they can't be? So, we think that we should keep them. It also involves my neighbors, reported us and just laughed at us when they visited us (The animal control). What if we don't think our chickens are "livestock"? We love them as much as we love our dogs, but we have to take most of them away. If they could understand how we feel, but they don't want to try the feeling of something we have dearly loved away. I am now the proud owner of 2 wonderful dogs! They are wonderful ppl at this location and are very helpful! I have not 1 complaint! My dogs are well trained, happened to be house broken and they are so playful and loving. I feel like I have the best luck here and trust me Ive been around town looking for just the right adoption and not once but twice I've come back! Thank you for all that you do and for blessing my family with our babies!
