They are great with our dogs. We've never had a problem or concern.
But worst of all is how they handle the dogs. Small drying cages, blow drying their faces on high, not actully caring about the pets but about the money
They did a wonderful job on our dog. We just adopted her and didn't know how she would be getting her nails trimmed and groomed but she was good. She looks wonderful. The smile on the guys face when I handed him a tip made the trip even better. Thank you for taking care of our new family member.
I guess the owner is grooming the dogs, because she really jacked up my dog. She was full of fur when I went to pick him up. She left my dog Stash all patchy and uneven. I've been a loyal customer for years and this is the thanks I get. She made my dog look like a cat

I used to work here and I will tell you, your pets are not safe. The ceiling was falling apart, the "kennels" are on top of each other, the aggressive dog they had was locked up basically all day. I was told that we needed to blow dry every grooming dogs face. They allow pets with fleas to be around other pets until they are finally groomed.
They pay under the table. No W-2's no paper work when they are you to first work. Also they will talk crud about costumers behind their backs and smile at their faces. They do not respect their employees at all. You are not given a lunch break (eat on the job) you do not get an hour break for working a long shift.
