The Copperas Cove Police Department has over 45+ complaints against this company and is investigating them. Pure and simple complaints - theft. They collect rent and fail to pay the owners.
Cant give worse rating!!!! I was a Property owner with this company and had the worst experience of any property management company. Not only did I get screwed out of money but most other owners did as well. They also have been investigated by the Texas Real Estate Commission. My Tenants had many issues as well. They are horrible on both sides of the coin. Be very Leary. Find a different property management company in cove.
had in Killeen with a very large yard that the fence is falling in the back . They said the owner of the house did not want to fix it and offered it as is so they put it this way in the lease. I was fine with that since I only have a cat. The deer come through the back so I get to watch them in the mornings. Most people would prob have not rented this house but no complaints from me. Remax was professional and my country roots are coming back out now.
Extremely Rude!!!!!! They are nice when you are signing the lease, but after that they are the most disrespectful rental company ever. It has been too many situations between them to list. I can not wait to my lease is over. I feel sorry for the people whom left this house for them to manage, because they fix nothing and let the previous tenants destroy a 4 year old home. They talk to you like they are letting you stay there for free, I have asked for the manager and owner and no one will call me back....THEY DONT CARE about tenants and do not respect them!!

One of the things I was thrilled about when renting through this company is they had the cheapest application fee as well as the best prices on some of their homes. Many of the other companies were over priced on their rates. i think homes should be priced reasonably and not two to three times of a purchasing it. it sucks when you go to buy a car because they want to get you in the highest payments possible. remax was professional and all their prices were reasonable.
