This is honestly the best rental company you could ever ask for. I've lived in one of their duplexes for almost two years. We have had absolutely no problems. Our air conditioner went out this summer. They came and fixed it immediately and then even replaced it a week later as a precaution. The staff is always friendly and when they're working on something in the neighborhood they always stop by and ask if there's anything I need and even play catch with my son. I will be devastated when we leave this duplex.

I never had a problem with Debbie. She treat you nice.

Another main problem we had to deal with was that our connecting neighbors were chain smokers. We both recalled, before moving in and signing the contract, that the office manager Debbie told us that they have a non-smoking policy. So when we went to make a formal complaint, we were told by her that there was nothing she could do about it, as well as told us that they don't have a non-smoking policy. She is a nice lady and easy to talk to, but I wish there would have been some consistency with their policies. Very frustrating. So glad to finally be out of this situation.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with renting a duplex. I don't even know where to begin... Discovered a broken window after my husband and I moved in-- notified the office manager and sent maintenance to look at it. Never fixed it the whole 8 months of living there. They do not do inspections at all. The free "pest control" service they do is extremely poor and lazily done: some guy from maintenance comes in no only sprays the bottom lip of the kitchen and bathroom sink counters. The guy also failed to even look at the paper we're supposed to fill out, specifying which pests are in the house and where we saw them. Just came in the house with a mean-looking expression, sprayed the sinks, then slammed the front door as he left. They do not treat the rest of the house, nor the outdoor areas of the properties, so infestations are bound to happen (dealt with a gnat, cockroach, and wolf spider infestation despite us always keeping the house clean. It was very stressful to deal with to say the least). The worst part of that mess is when, just yesterday while moving out, two maintenance guys across the street were outside making fun of a tenant along the same street, laughing because the tenant complained about a roach problem: "Well damn, there's pesticides at the store down the street!" Is what one of them said. It is very sad when a company's workers are never supervised by a qualified manager. And it is especially sad that the only excuses for damaged or areas that were obviously not cleaned by maintenance, is "because it's old" or "it's in the contract". Among the other problems we came across were paper-thin walls so we could hear everything going on next door. The refrigerator would always make noises like it was on its last legs and ready to keel over any minute. They replaced the carpets (except two of the master bedroom closets) before we moved in, but there were looks bits of carpet all over the floor, probably from cutting it up when installing, but failed to clean up after themselves. Failed to clean the refrigerator before moving in-- red sauce sprayed all over the bottom and on the door. Also dried up bits of sauce still on the kitchen floor.

I currently live here, apartments are well maintained. Repairs are always fixed in an appropriate time frame ! Haven't had any issues in my 6 months here. Maintaince and staff are super friendly :)

Debbie the front manager is very arrogant and rude. She has a very bad attitude. Very unprofessional. She never opens on time and closes early. The apartments are roach infested and she says that they won't clean it, they never repair anything. There is never any parking, its the ghetto living there. The people who rent here are welfare income. This place is gross and service is never around. And Debbie needs an attitude adjustment and fired. Trash all over the parking lot and court yards. They never clean or cut the grass. Random raccoons and opossums living around the building and they won't get ride of them.

$415 is cheap but in this case they are overcharging for people who have standards. I highly recommend avoiding renting at least the duplexes, since we haven't rented an apartment of theirs... Unless you are desperate for a place to live for at least 6 months and do not mind these same issues you will most likely come across. The only pro to this is that the pet deposit is cheap.
