It may be warm in there but think of the animals moist of them need it hot. The experience was amazing. The customer service even better. I will be making more trips there even though its a hour away its so worth it. Thanks to them I was able to get my daughter everything she needed for her snake even knowing if it was a boy or girl lol. Thanks guys your the best.
