Food is great here, HOWEVER, The service is terrible. The woman, who said she was a manager i believe, is so unorganized its crazy. We waited for about 10 minutes to even order because the lady was literally running back and forth around the kitchen looking confused. Now you may say "maybe it was her first day" but she was teaching someone else how to ring up our order, so it obviously wasnt. Then, as we were trying to order she kept turning around and chatting with her coworkers, and her lack of attention resulted in our orders being incorrect. She messed up the order of the gentleman in front of my dad and I. And then she messed our order up. My dad ordered a wrap and it was only after they had started making the sandwhich that the lady realized it was supposed to be a wrap. If I walk in and see her, i will probably walk right back out and eat at Chipotle next door.
Out of white bread and they broke the ice t coNtainers down early. Not very impressed. Never was offered a discount or even an apology. Need some work on customer service.
By far the best sub I've ever had! Went in and out in not even 5 minutes and devoured the most delicious sub ever. Definitely recommend their meatball and cheese sub. Though I got their smallest size, it filled me right up! I'm definitely gonna come back.

They're good sandwich I'm still looking for the sandwich I used to have up New England I've never been able to find it since I left New England. they called them Grinders there and I can still taste a ham and cheese from ABC Pizzeria from Holyoke Massachusetts. But for being in Texas this is a pretty decent sub
