I took my wife's engagement ring, without her knowledge, from her jewelry box to get a stone replaced. Bill took time to explain to a few basics of what to look for, exactly what he was going to do, gave me the price right then and a promise time. These may seem like "expected" services in the retail world, but it's refreshing to do business with somebody that still believes in integrity to promote loyalty. Now her ring sparkles like the day I bought it. As long as I'm within reasonable distance, this will be my go-to guy for all jewelry needs.
I had a watch I'd sent in to the manufacturer for repair. They completed the repairs but when they reassembled the watch they left the gasket protruding outside the watch case. I stopped by Bill French Jewelers and they gladly corrected the problem on the spot.

What a refreshing encounter I had with these nice people. The words "Thank You" just doesn't seem adequate to express my appreciation. This watch was a gift from my father in law who has since died. Visited the new location to have a battle replaced on my watch. Not only did they change out my battery, but examined my diamond rings setting. Cleaned my jewelry for free, and looked sparkling new. Love the store, and great customer service
