would highly recommend this place for custom work.. I cant attest to a full on 'custom' ring but in my case, (after many set backs and dissapointments from other custome jewelers) I couldnt have asked for a better ring.. Thank you so much..
Mr. Bates does quality work and the customer service is top notch. I took my wife's engagement ring in to have the setting repaired in order to not lose the center diamond. He did the work while I waited and I was very pleased with the results.
I can't speak to the quality of work, as I have not been able to contact them. The voice message comes on and announces that it is full. It is Monday around noon, plenty of time to work through the messages. I have several rings that need various repairs and stone replacements. I need someone I can reach.
