My husband has been dealing with issues since last year. His orthotics took months to be completed. 4 to be exact. We overpaid and waited months to get our refund. Each time the office was called there was a different excuse. as to why the refund was taking so long. Now his orthotics had to go back for some work and we can never get an answer as to where they are. After this we will never deal with this office again.
