I am very upset because I called and asked if Im coming to the right place to be seen by a doctor that can write me a letter that my animals support me emotionally and on the phone they told me yes we do that. So I schedule an appointment and go and get seen by the assistant (which was really nice) and she asks me all these questions then says that the doctor will be right with me and then another lady comes in and says "ma'am.." I said yes ma'am then she said " the doctor isn't gonna write any letters says for you to have emotional support animals. We don't do that here" I said well how much I was told that you guys do that by the guy at the front desk? She said he is new. She was kind of rude and didn't said sorry but it wasn't genuine I can just tell that she didn't care that I said there and wasted my time for nothing. I spent an hour there to know they don't do that. They need to educate their people on what they do and don't do. The guy at the front desk was very nice and he genuinely didn't know but everybody else that supposedly been there longer than him also didn't know what the hell was going on or how long it takes to get my money back they just said "I don't know to almost every question I asked. Terrible place to go to.
Friendly staff. I love seeing Richard Calkins. He takes his time with you and treats you right.
I've always had a pleasant experience here. I've been here twice in the last year. Each time, it was just like any other Dr's office, but faster and with a more friendly Dr.
This office is amazing Dr. Go goes above and beyond to take care of me and my children... Love the staff...

Very upset. Took my son to be seen on Friday, I was billed for a co-pay which is understandably. He had an appointment on Monday for a follow up for the same reason "provider wanted to see him" before going back to school and I was again billed another co-pay of $30.00. I called my insurance company and was told that if they submit the claim as a follow up that there is not another co-pay but instead they billed the insurance for another office visit" so they can build a co-pay again. I called the office and they state "well is an office visit" well dah! I know that but is a follow up for something he was seen already. Never going back.
