Absolutely love this place!!! The whole staff is very patient and kind with all three of my kids. 2 of them have had bad experiences in the past but the staff here has helped them to overcome their fear of the dentist. Even though we have moved away from Copperas Cove we still bring the kids here.
The best pediatric dentistry around! Not only do my children enjoy coming here, they have the best staff ever!!! Even on bad days, they will put a smile on your face.. patient or not!!!
Our first visit was great, the hygienists are so friendly and patient. My kids needed some dental work done and after a lengthy discussion with the dentist we decided sedation dentistry was our best option. We drove to round rock to a medical center to have the work done, other than a hour long delay things went well, we were sent home with an afterhours phone number to call if anything went wrong.
I'm not sure if they decided that my cussing at him meant that I didn't deserve an apology from the person that failed to do his job or if he is just that rude but I only ever received apologies on his behalf, not from him.
Wonderful expierence. Dentist and hygenist were super patient and nice. Both kids enjoyed their experience. I would recommend to anyone!
Well things went wrong, my oldest son got very sick, we called and called and called and left voicemails and no one answered that afterhours phone line and no one called us back. After being up all night we decided to head to the emergency room, we were rushed back and my son was given iv fluids and medication and wouldn't you know 3 minutes before normal business hours (at 757) my phone rings and it is the after hours doctor returning my call. I was not very nice in my choice of words and I hung up on him after telling him we were already being treated at the ER.
We will not be seen there again.
I don't know if he had decided that we were beyond saving as a customer so there was no reason to spend any effort on us or if maybe we just coincidentally had these repeatedly awful experiences or if maybe that is just the way Dr H conducts himself.
I called and set up an appointment myself and when we went in to be seen we arrived 15 mins early and weren't seen by the dentist until nearly 30 minutes after the scheduled start time. The hygienists apologized multiple times and didn't seem to know why he was taking so long to see us.
I had been told at the procedure that the clinic would call me to set up a follow up appointment with in 14 days, they never called.
