Not Family friendly nor a good place to cater with. Our office waited over an hour and a half for our food and half the employees left. Not worth it, I would go to McAlisters or Chik-fila..or just drive to Killeen. Their service is WAY better.
I've always liked this place for the many years I have been going. The staff has always been friendly and courteous and the food is good. I would have given this more stars, however, the last several times I have visited the tables and floors were dirty. Also on my most recent visit I got some ice tea and there were actual sugar crystals in it.. way too sweet and not properly mixed.
The most sweetest most kind ever service that they had their and I really enjoy their chicken Smokehouse burger oh my gosh it's so good and don't forget the Smoky brisket ear it's awesome so I give this place a thousand thumbs up
Employees looked dirty. Fly's everywhere. Gnats all over the lemons and all employee did was bring us put a fresh cut lemon. Dud not remove lemons by tea container. Place was empty but place was filthy. Hurts me to write this, cuz was always one of my favorites. Not any more.
Best Schlotzsy's, period! Over the last many year's, I have visited lot(z) of Schlotzsy's in Austin and in other Texas locations. I'm a fan. The best is located in Copperas Cove. Try it if you can.
