I've ordered 3 times from Bits N Bites and I have been pleased with each one. The designs are consistently good quality and the flavoriginal of the cakes & cupcakes are sweet but not overly loaded with sugar. I did have one hiccup with my second order, with it not being completely fulfilled, due to circumstances out of anyone's control, but the bakery went out of their way to set things right and went above what I had expected with my third order being made bigger than what I expected.
Had a cake made and it was the best cake i ever had , decorator took the time to listen to all my request as the cake waz for 3 people. Cake was also very delicious, we will be getting all of our cakes from Bits and Bites..
I stopped by yesterday to pick up a few cupcakes for my husband's birthday - four cupcakes, four different flavors. The one he ate last night was good enough that he didn't even let me try it. Before I had a chance to have one today, the dog got to them.
Cute little shop, the girl ringing me out was super friendly and they make fantastic cupcakes according to my husband and our Husky.
Cupcakes are good, but they need to learn how to run a business. Went last week to get a few cupcakes, however they could not make change for a $20. Was told owner took all the money to do some shopping. They took my name and number and said owner would call later that day. Never heard from anyone. This was the 2nd time they did not call when we were told they would (1st time was when we ordered our daughter's birthday cake). They need to concentrate on the baking and find someone else to handle the business side of the operation.
