I have been using this place for about 2 years. Every 2 or 3 months there are 'personal' issues with the employees or owner causing them not to be there on or around the 1st of the month, when rent is due. So they rack up late fees on everyone. If it was just me I could call this my bad luck and crazy work schedule, but I use to reffer my military friends here and they had the same issue. So some set up an automatic draft to solve this problem, between the double drafts and having a hard time getting them to stop drafting after you have moved out, it is more trouble than it is worth. Very underhanded management of this place. I steer people clear of here.
All was good for the first 15 months of deployment, upon returning and move out the manager kept drafting the amount of the rent even though we had been moved out for THREE (3) months!! It was a hassle t get the money back. When asking for the owner or corporate number the manager kept saying they would not provide the information but would refund money. After weeks of waiting for the money and dodging of phone calls I called the BBB. The company has YET to respond to any of the BBB contact. NEVER use this storage unit. THey are AWFUL.

Mountainsides storages price are the cheapest price I have found in the Copperas Cove area. If there were any problems they were fixed immediately. They have an emergency line now for after hours which I actually like. I haven't had any problems with them and I've been here for well over a year now.
