For 17 years I've lived in the same house in Copperas Cove and parked vehicles in front of my house. For 17 years there hasn't been a problem. Now in the last 9 months there have been several tickets issued because there is a hydrant in front of my house and folks parked "too close" to it. Way to go Cove PD. The first two tickets I got were mailed to me and happened over a Saturday night and Sunday morning all while I was asleep. There was no emergency, there was no crime until you showed up. Way to go Cove PD.
Much appreciation to this police dept. I've edited my review because I've seen more patrolling (or at least seemingly) of the 2000 block of Wayne street & recent apprehension of a parole violator residing at the infamous narcotics house. Keep up the good work & extra patrols are always appreciated. Thanks you!
I had some stuff stolen out of my garage a few months back. I reported it and got a case number. Two and a half months later I got a call stating they had found my stuff at a pawn shop. Great job and thanks.
Lack of service, your method for resolving disputes is wait until someone gets seriously hurt before stepping in and taking any action.
I was home cleaning when an officer knocked on my door. As it turns out I left my wallet at the local dollar general. My ID had an old address on it and they still went through the trouble of returning my wallet to me! I was so shocked I didnt know what to say! Thank you to the awesome officer who took the time to return it!
