Rob arrived ontime everyday until they were finished and did an excellent job on our home addition. We only had about 60k for our addition and he made it work! Fine job!
Rob said he would be completely done with my project inside and out in about a month or less. A month and a half later after starting my project the interior was still not done, I fired him after getting suspicious and checked behind him with actual licensed professionals. I had 2 separate licensed plumbers come look at the work that was done. Two separate plumbers were overwhelmed with how bad it was. Rob said my cast iron plumbing was deteriorating and there was raw sewage going under my house. Rob or his sub-contractors sawed slightly into my cast iron plumbing line which never needed replacement according to two separate licensed plumbers, but now since it was cut it needed to be replaced.
I cold called Rob to help me out with a statue repair for a commercial location. He went up and beyond and not only made repairs to the foot that fell off, but took care of several other areas and knocked the patching/painting out 250% above what I thought would have been done. This was an unusual request and Rob was a great pleasure to work with.
Do NOT let a handyman convince you he can do it all!
Was wonderful did many jobs for us and went above and beyond to get the work done. Fast and friendly service. Installed 2 security doors which gave him problems but was able to install them and they look wonderful. He installed 5 ceiling fans as well as rekey our doors so its only one key works for all locks. I would recommend him for any job big or small he will do it right.
My opinion through observing Rob is that he arrogant about his skills, and has little care how his lack of being on schedule affects others. Rob denied my 10% military discount when paying by credit card because of his "6%" fees from Square which was a lie (look it up). Rob could care less about his sub-contractors, and is very quick to gossip about their personal business, and withhold their pay for hours worked. Rob lied about my electrical box breakers being incorrect. Rob is unqualified to make that determination especially after the city inspector already gave it approval.
Rob Roush is not to be trusted with things that matter. Robert Roush, go back to doing jobs that don't require skill such as hanging drywall.
LESSONS LEARNED:
I recommend him for anything you need to have done.

Great job remodeling our master bath and updating the other bathroom with a tile floor and a beautiful glass door for the tub. Rob aims to please.
