Friday, 22 September 2017: Called in a carry out order (one large, one topping-pepperoni, hand tossed) at 6:32 p.m. Arrived at the store at 6:46 p.m. and was told that the order wasn't ready. It was a bit busy so I waited another 10 minutes and an employee asked the name on the order and even asked if it was under a different name. I repeated the name and continued to wait. I was asked three more times if the name was correct on the order. I was later told that it isn't in the system but maybe it will come out. It is now 7:20 p.m. and was told again that the order wasn't in the system. If you see a customer patiently waiting and you ask on several occasions what the order was and realize it isn't in the system, why would you not go ahead and put it in? That's just good customer service. I was even asked if I sorted out my order issue. Really??? It isn't my fault that the person who took my order over the phone failed to put it in the system. Never once an apology or a "Let me get that put in for you". Very disappointed....thanks Lil Caesars for being there and ready.
Domino's has been delivering to my home in the Copperas Cove, TX area for the last 9 years. I tried to place an order this evening, and they've apparently changed their rules. They declined to deliver, and I asked what their delivery radius was. The manager told me 7 miles, which I am well within, but he refused to take the order, or send a driver. I'm literally 5 miles from their establishment. I will never again order from this company.

I love this dominos! My order has never been wrong, it's always fresh and always on time! I order from here on pizza nights (Saturdays) at least once a week and they never disappoint!
After having pizza delivery for years at my address, they say I'm out of their delivery area. I'm right behind Dairy Queen on 190? I'm like a 3 minute drive? Lots of other choices. Good luck with your business.
