Fathom admitted tonot being able to read my meter after three months the called my wife to tell her we had an outstanding balance. After calling back to tell Fathom we never recived a bill, they sent THREE months of bills in one envelope and precede to tell me to setup payment arrangements....Company error, cosumer problem!!!
I wonder if the marshion's are reading the meters
Unacceptable. Have been trying for two weeks to get water turned on. Paperwork mysteriously goes missing. Same day water turn on if paperwork is turned in before noon? Ha.
