Convenient local for me. The prices are okay. Store is clean and organized. It's stock pretty well.
My wife and I went to the new store to see what they had to offer. I needed a case of liquor as did my wife. There was a sign up indicating that all purchases were ten percent off. They only had three of the six bottles in stock for both cases so we agreed to purchase what they had and come back on Wednesday for the remainder of our order. We left the store and noticed that we only received three percent (the case discount) off of our order. I went back into the store to explain the error and was told the ten percent that was advertised was not applied to the cost. To my surprise I was told the ten percent was already applied and the sticker price was reflective of that. I've been purchasing my liquor for a very long time and know what the cost is. They lied. We have never gone back to Uptown in Cove and don't plan to. They either don't know what they are doing or were intentionally deceptive. Either way, not a store I want to do business with. I'll take my business back to Killeen.
I would highly recommend them. Talk to the boss he is very friendly.
I just want to say that this store is awesome. They have a outstanding selection of liquor, craft beers, and wine. If they don't have it, they can get it for you. Chris is super nice and is cool as hell. He greets you when you come in and helps you with what your looking for. And I love how they honor the military with a discount. The store is well organized and neat. If your having a party, or simply just want a drink, stop by Uptown Liquor. They will take care of you.

Very nice store. Very well organized. I think this store has the best prices in the area. I asked them about few negative reviews. The owner was nice to come out and explain the issues they had when they were opening. He promised if any customer has any issues please call him and he will be glad to do anything he can. That for me is customer service.
They have military discounts. One thing I have seen in this store is the variety in both liquor and beer. I have checked Spec's but these guys have more popular beers than them.
