I question if this is an actual place of business. I've only had someone answer the phone once and was told I would receive a call back and never did. I called several times after that to only leave unreturned messages. The Mr. Boyd never contacted the client and did not show up to court. You may have a law degree but you should probably get another in customer satisfaction.
He not reliable has pushed my case to the side for three years and now I can't work my Fort Hood job until I get everything straightened out.
Do not use this poor excuse of a human being as a lawyer, he sucks, all he cares about is getting paid, he is in it only for the money, not for his clients. My child was his client he would not talk to me because he said he wasn't representing me, my child filled out a power of attorney so I could discuss their case with him. He did not want to discuss the case with me at all. He put my child down, he degraded them, belittled them, and called my child a criminal, he spoke with me with so much disrespect, he treated me worSt than I ever been treaed in my life, he screamed at me, put me down, lied to me, and put other lawyers down to me, very unprofessional, he is mean, rude and a hateful person, I beg and plead with you not to use or trust this creature, you will be wasting your time and money. He is definitely not s good lawyer, I speak from experience, He is no good, DO NOT USE/TRUST HIM! All I can do now is pray for him and leave it in God's hands!
HE IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A MAN.. Never had I met a lawyer so rude and arrogant. We have had the experience of dealing with this monster up close and personal. I pray that he lose his license or punished for how he treats his clients and family. I don't understand how and why they would have a court appointed lawyer like him, he is no good and only thinks of himself. My brother has him as an lawyer and the outcome is not good because he wont take the time out to explain and actually care to make sure that his clients get the best treatment. Everyone is not a criminal.. You are innocent until proven guilty. PLEASE GET THIS MAN OUT OF THE OFFICE !!!!!!
Very unprofessional staff working in the office. He has had my case 3 almost 4 months with 1 form of contact a letter stating he was my attorney. With multiple attempts to reach him no call back ever took place. It took me calling the day before my court date having words with his secretary for him to finally call back. He was very rude trying to tell me how i am suppose to talk with his staff. While speaking with me he mixed my file up with someone elses. I would never recommend him as an attorney and his staff of 15 years was very very unprofessional. Even when I called the county to make an complaint I was advised he is poor with communication and contact.
