Very professional & polite. They were a little late, but wasn't a big deal for us. They cleaned 3 rooms, my couch & ottoman. All look 100 times better than they did before. I was charged 100 $ LESS than what Stanley Steemer quoted me for the same services. They weren't in a rush; they put in the time & energy necessary to get my home to look the way I wanted it to. I would definitely use them again.
