As I was speaking to the lady I noticed that there were quite a few unopened jean boxes. I asked if she would be able to (hopefully) open them and find some extra ones. She said no. They would be only opened as the jeans on display were depleted (sold); I would just have to come back throughout the day, everyday and check what they had on hand.
The female Employee does not want to help customer or do their job???
I called to inquire about polymer additive. First, the lady had no idea what I was talking about. Once, I explained what it was she hurriedly tells me they have it for $25 and she thinks it is in one or two gallons, she’s not sure, but, she has a customer right now. I said well I do not need a gallon. Her reply, well I am not at my department and I am with a customer and “click”. Ok.. a customer calling to inquire about products in your store is as important as the customer already in your store. This store is only popular because it is the ONLY one in the area.
If I could give zero (0) star(s), I would. I won't only recommend that folks not shop there, I won't ever set foot in that store again, even if they were to offer me free products; but then what is expected from a chain store.
I really like our home base in Copperas Cove, especially the Stihl shop. The folks there are very helpful and well informed. They carry most of the products a home owner might need and the checkout is convient and quick. It is what Copperas Cove needs
I find it to be a middle point between Ace and the big name home improvement stores. For a home owner, there is no problem finding someone to help, but don't expect to decorate your whole house with them. On the other hand, it has anything you need for a fix with a good selection, but it's too large to just walk in and out. It offers military discounts.
I am not a judgmental person, nor do I think I should be catered to, but when there are only one pair of jeans available ( was going to purchase all they had, I really needed work jeans), and there are more than 4-5-boxes of jeans available, perhaps, maybe, the box could be opened and checked, but no. The lady said she did not want to go through them, because they just might not have my size. Well, I guess I was asking too much trying to purchase more jeans, and to ask the lady to have to do some actual work for a customer??? Perhaps she was just having a bad day, it could not of been that she was busy, November 13, 2017 at about 0845 in the morning. I was one of only 1 handful of folks in the store, there were maybe 3 cars in the parking-lot. I will mention it again, I will never step foot on that property again.
I was told that Homebase in Cove had rather decent jeans at a decent price, which they did. The issue is (was) that there was only 1 pair available (I am pretty small).
I was inquiring with a lady who worked there as to when they might get more (smaller jeans) in... basically the answer was when ever they come in, they are randomly thrown into a box... you get what you get... and there is not set arrival time.
This place is one of a kind, they feature unique large selection of major brands and products that other big box stores don't have. I'm happy to have them in Cove.
