Waited for 15 minutes and when the lady finally came out of the back room she walked straight past, completely ignoring anyone was even there.

Terrible experience! I went away with worse vision then when i started. Now my near sight is as lousy as my far off. That was my eyes strong point for years. Not any more! Im never going again and i wont recommend!
