Amazing place. I got a manicure multiple times. I also got a pedicure. Such kind and respectful workers. It does get crowded but it's worth the wait. Making appointments are also very easy. Definitely coming back!
I apologized in advance for being a chronic nail-biter. The woman chuckled.
Close to home, always friendly and courteous. Never had to wait and the pedicures are totally awesome. Reasonably priced, clean, although has a somewhat dated, drab decor, but atmosphere isn't the main reason I go there in the first place.
Came in the guy that was closest to the door mumbled something under his mask I’m assuming asking what he could help me with I told him full set of acrylic . Then another guy that could not speak a word of English came over and put his hand out like I’m suppose to know what he is asking for so I showed him what I he wanted done he turned around showed the other guy then said to me 40$ only gel . I knew what I wanted could be done with acrylic so I said never mind and walked out. I feel like they were trying to over charge me.
This is the place to go if you want to get your nails done and you want to keep social interaction to an absolute minimum.
I RELALY wanted to like them, but I’m on the hunt for a new nail shop.
I really wanted to like this place because of the great reviews. I went back three times but I can’t anymore. First, they’re RUDE. I’ve tried to chalk it up to cultural differences or language barrier but no...just rude. I got a lip wax one day and declined to do my brows because I get them threaded. The lady rolled her eyes and then didn’t speak to me again my entire visit. Last time I was in Mark (or Marc?) did my nails and when I asked for gel over acrylic (I’ve done it several times before at other shops) he told me it was too thick and refused. Despite what I wanted. I also asked for “squoval” and he initially shaped them that way and then ended up cutting them to oval. The shape isn’t flattering to me at all which is disappointing for something that cost me $25 before tip. All three times I have had my nails done here they are too thick and look like press ons.
I walked in and asked to get my nails done in acrylics with regular (black) nail polish. I also got my eyebrows waxed.
And that was the extent of my interaction.
