Never came to fix stuff when we needed fixing
Called to have repairs done, referred to warranty company who directed me back to Duran. I also sent a text with repairs needed along with pictures. When I called I was polite , just trying to find out how to get things repaired as the warranty company they referred me to stated I needed to call the builder back. When i called builder and explained this to him, he started yelling at me, so I hung up. After that someone showed up to look at repairs that were needed. Repairs were inadequately done. As for the work, I noticed other issues such as measurements were off with trim and were not flush with the walls, sink top all scratched up and was blamed on the cleaning lady, master bath has two lines running accross it. the sink faucets were cut/placed uneven, front door was coming apart n they glued it bak together (looks like garbage) and would not replace, nails and leaves were sticking out of the stone work in the kitchen, when advised some of the tiles were cracked they came and scrubbed at the crack trying to prove 1 of the cracks was not a crack ( clearly is cracked). Of all the people that came to make the other repairs not listed here only 1 took their shoes off. The others came in with their work boots and left dirt, mudd, rocks all over my floors and carpet. Of all this the fact that I was yelled at was very hurtful and made me feel devalued as a customer.
Really nice homes one of my friends lives here and its great with a nice view
Tried repeatedly to contact them on potentially having a custom home built and to this date they have not replied.
