The proprietor, George, is a friendly and helpful old coot ;) who is more interested in helping you than growing his business or making a profit off of you. His mindset is seemingly about, imagine this, about repeat customers. George even gives customers his cell phone number so that he can, as he has proven, come in after hours to provide you with that missing or ruined ingredient or part so that you don't lose your entire brew day.
Best Brewers shop in the area, George is helpful and knowledgeable in all areas. Coming from Colorado good beer and cider is important to me and as I've yet to find my taste for Texas beer I started making my own, his shop was my first stop and turns out to be my one stop shop. Thank you George for all your help
