I will, without a doubt, never use this store again. I hope others will choose to take their business elsewhere as well.
Worst experience ever at this store ! I am a pretty regular customer here and up until now never had an issue. Went in today to ship my schoolbooks back to Chegg. Usually I go in and they tape the box for me. Well today I go in like normal to ship the books back and then I'm told that they can't ship it unless the box is already tapped I responded that I have never had to tape the box before she tells me that they don't tape boxs anymore due to it being expense on their part. So I ask the lady could they just tape the box as a courtesy for me this one time especially since I honestly didn't know. She proceeds to tell me that I can buy tape from the store. When I get the tape she allows me to tape the box first and then pay for the tape. When I go to check out she tells me the tape is over $5 ! I instantly get annoyed because had I know that the tape would cost so much I would have went to the dollar store or Walmart and bought bigger tape for the same amount! Will never go to this location again !!!!
I come here all the time and never has there been an issue. The ladies are always nice and helpful when I'm not sure about something or if I come in not totally prepared. There's never a line and checkout is a breeze.
I don't know if this is corporate store or a franchise. But if the former then all three females working on 11/01/2017 at 1116 am need to be fired. There are very few customer service experiences in my life that were as abysmal as this visit.

Every single one of them refused to address customers directly. They, instead, messed around with this here, that there, and pointed over there, while still communicating. They feigned no interest in creating a positive experience for any of us. The employee that assisted me wanted my envelope (that weighed maybe 2 lbs) on the other side of the register instead of the side I sat it on. So she just looked at it and pointed to where on the counter I should place it - rather than move it herself. Then every single thing I said she interrupted me. I needed a label printed so I needed to e-mail it or print it myself. She was inconvenienced when I told her that I wanted her to print the UPS (which is who she works for) label. Then because it wasn't sealed she told me that they will tape it this time but next time it would be a charge. This is absolutely absurd when we are talking about a single envelope.
I listened to all of the interactions while there and all three were exactly the same. My perception (and, it seems, everyone else's) was that the customers that give them the business that allows them to gather a paycheck were an inconvenience to them.
