Worst customer service. They have no idea how to do there job and had to go there twice because they didn't inform us of important info to get my husbands new phone. They were rude especially the manager lady. Will never go there again
I went to this store and the people that works there don't know what they are doing. One person tells you one thing, the other one tells you a different thing and the manager another.

Staff is super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I switched from ATT to Tmobile and I swear I’ll be a Tmobile customer for life. The manager was so kind and understanding, she made sure that I had the perfect plan to fit MY needs. Even made sure that my pictures moved over ( just had new born twins SO I needed my pictures) her staff was very kind as well. Great vibe when you walk into the store. Plus while my stuff was transferring there’s Starbucks next door. Win win!
