Tires available on computer didn't match with what was on hand. Ended up spending a lot more than I wanted too. From my days selling cars we call that a bait and switch.
Thank you Manny and the entire Discount tire team. You worked with me, got me to a place I was comfortable with and took it from there. It's fun watching the guys in the bay as they work and sing. You have earned a repeat customer!!
I had a flat, brought it in and they fixed it right away. I was also missing my hub centric rings to my wheels and they had that ordered, which only took a week. But they really have gone above and beyond! The only bummer is how busy it is but with such good work who could really blame them?!
These guys are fantastic and are really attentive with their customers! I can't remember who all helped me the first time I was here but today it was Trenton who has helped me the most, another young gentleman was right on it when I was waiting in line and I believe his name was Jonathan. But,
Came off the road all the way from Houston and Manny took care of me the same day. He advised me of some great tires beside the factory set.. Above all I saved money and got myself some quality tires. Just go to Manny and he will square you away fast. Promote this guy Discount Tire company!
CSRs on point, make the encounter personable. Always willing to help. I was happy to see that a lot of the guys in the shop also work the desk. To me that means that they have real work experience to do both jobs, and can multitask. I was referred to Discount tire as a company, and definitely was a smart move.
I firmly believe it was a bait and switch because this review was written almost a week later and their website still shows the 4 tires that I wanted. I won't go back to that particular store anymore. Discount Tire as a whole has been a good experience.
