Great customer service. They didn't have the car we ordered they gave us a free upgrade which was a benefit to us with no charge which I was greatly appreciative for. I would recommend them to anybody they were really good.

The staff was very helpful in helping me to rent a car. I had some issues that were resolved to enable me to get the rental. Been the manager took the time in handle me personally. I appreciate their efforts and done so in timely manner.
It was great. I had some second thoughts per the previous reviews. But after calling beforehand and providing the necessary paperwork when using a debit card to pay, it was a smooth process. They were so helpful and able to upgrade my rental for the same price. Kudos to them and also note that they rotate their staffs from time to time. Don't stop going because of a first bad experience :D Anyway, thank you Sky? and staff for a wonderful job. Sorry I forgot y'all names...
