They've made upgrades to the seating arrangements and the customer service is very pleasant. I've also made some valuable new friends and professional connections here. Whether going to work or during weekends, usually a clean place to read a book or talk with friends.
They are not consistent with their pours/mixes.. even with the most normal items on the menu. It's hit or miss if it's going to be a good or bad cup, but I really don't remember it ever being great. I don't even complain anymore, I just dump it out and hope for better next time. I have had better experiences at other locations.
This is always my favorite local starbucks to go to and when I move to Killeen I will still come here preferably. They're always very nice and polite here and my order is always just right. Versus some other shops nearby that can't seem to get the order or attitude with service right. Love the new seating set up as well.
Your average starbucks! I want to have dark roast coffee. I was told there is none left. A Starbucks without dark roast coffee!!! This is just ridiculous!
